My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, very spacious, and brand new, but there was a slight issue with my reservation where it was given to someone else without them checking for my ID. The staff, however, were attentive. The location was convenient being on the 1st floor near the reception area, although it was close to a main road. I found it quiet despite the central location. The dining experience was good with fresh and seasonal products. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
